Coming from Manteo, South Nags Head and Hatteras Island
Go north toward Kitty Hawk on the 158 Bypass, past Tanger Factory Outlet Mall and the Outer Banks Mall. The Outer Banks Hospital is located on the left, just past the Outer Banks Mall, at Mile Post 14.

Coming from Kill Devil Hills and Kitty Hawk
Go south toward Nags Head on the 158 Bypass, past Jockey’s Ridge State Park. The Outer Banks Hospital is approximately two miles on the right, just before the Outer Banks Mall, at Mile Post 14.
