The Outer Banks Hospital Development Council is excited to announce the annual Get Pinked! And More Party on Friday, October 21st and Walk & Wag event Saturday, October 22nd, presented by Dowdy & Osborne.

This year, the Get Pinked! And More Party will be on October 21st from 6pm to 9pm at Jennette’s Pier. The event is pirate themed where guests will enjoy food, beverages, DJ music and dancing, and a chance to win great prizes! Limited party tickets remain.

The Walk & Wag event will include a one-mile cancer awareness walk on October 22nd from 9:30am-Noon at Dowdy Park. Registration starts at 9:30am and the walk with all participants and dogs will start at 10:30am. In addition to the walk, there will be family and dog-focused activities and free flu vaccines for 18+ participants. Walkers will receive a t-shirt and participating dogs will receive a dog toy or a collapsible bowl.

All of the proceeds from these events stay on the Outer Banks to support the cancer programs of The Outer Banks Hospital Development Council’s OBX Cancer Cares Fund, including free cancer screenings for members of our community.
