Outer Banks Health Symptom Management Clinic adds the personal touch to cancer care by helping patients manage symptoms related to cancer therapy. Individualized care is provided to address symptoms associated with cancer treatment, including, but not limited to nausea, dehydration, pain, wounds and distress.
The Symptom Management Clinic is staffed by a nurse, a dietician and a social worker.
The Symptom Management Clinic resides in the AMU department located at 4810 S. Croatan Highway, Nags Head. (First Floor of the Medical Office Building behind the hospital). They currently meet every Thursday.
